Recycling and Trash

Trash pickup is every Monday between 7:00am and 5:00pm in our neighborhood, except when there is a holiday. Trash must be placed on the curb by 7:00am on collection day.

The city is now offering a new 95 gallon curbside recycling cart. This service also has an expanded list of items that can be placed in the cart. To enroll, call Republic at (800) 234-6881.

Tree limbs and debris from storm damage that falls on roads and sidewalks is cleared away by the Indy Parks Dept. They will also pick up debris and tree limbs from private property if the public information officer determines it is posing a hazard. If not, the clean up is the responsibility of the property owner. To report debris, call Indy Parks’ Forestry Division, 327-5942 or the Mayor’s Action Center at 327-4MAC.
