About our Association

Greenbriar Association Inc., was incorporated in 1974 as a neighborhood association for “the stimulation and promotion of interest in an improvement of the health and safety of Greenbriar and its residents; the fostering of the development of community; the promotion and safeguarding of its physical attractiveness; the preservation and maintenance of high sanitary conditions therein; and the stimulation of interest in community and social activities.”

Membership in Greenbriar Association is voluntary but strongly encouraged. We have no covenants but strictly enforce all local Health and Zoning Laws. Through the collection of yearly neighborhood dues, the Association provides a number of services including snow removal for our streets, yearly social events including our 4th of July picnic, and a process by which we achieve more for our neighborhood through the association by negotiating with local businesses and government entities than what individual homeowners can normally accomplish alone.
