Help beautify our neighborhood by sharing and swapping your extra or unwanted plants from your garden.

Come join us for prizes, light snacks, plant swapping and great neighbors all while sipping our traditional bottomless Mimosas!

No plants to swap? NO problem. There is always extra to share.

Unwanted gardening items also welcomed.

When: Saturday, September 28, 5PM – 8PM

Who: all Greenbriar residents: adults, children, new neighbors and longtime residents.

Where: the easement of Greenbriar School on Lieber Road

How: Please bring a Salad or Side dish for 8-10 and your lawn chair.

Brats, hotdogs and water provided.

What: There will be a Bounce house, children’s activities, Fall Bingo, Mum giveaways and Apple Pie baking contest!

Tuesday, August 6th from 6-9pm at 944 Stockton St.

Come join us in celebrating our Police Department with our annual Backyard BBQ!

This is an opportunity to strengthen our partnership with our law enforcement that makes our community a safe place to live and to build camaraderie among neighbors.

Our BBQ main course will be prepared by our neighborhood chefs. This is a pitch-in event so bring your chair, side dish to share (with serving utensil) and spirit of friendship! Water will be provided.

4th of July Parade and Picnic

4th of July Parade and Picnic

All Greenbriar residents are invited.

On Thursday, July 4, join your neighbors in celebrating our country’s independence in the easement in back of Greenbriar School on Lieber.

  • Kids! Decorate your bikes and wagons and join the parade!
  • 11 AM Parade  – meet at the corner of Lieber and Darby. This year the parade will include a classic 1950 military truck!  https://youtu.be/1vjzvJTtIMk
    • We will wind through the neighborhood back to the school grounds. There will be a prize for each participant.
  • Food! Bring a dish to share at the picnic after the Parade.
    •  11:30 AM Picnic – GNA will provide the hot dogs, condiments, water, and paper products.   
  • Friendship! Sit and stay a while. Bring a lawn chair and visit a bit with your neighbors.

  • No plants or treasures? No problem there’s always extra to share.

Winter has left our curbs filled with mud, gravel and leaves. Join us as we work to tidy up our neighborhood’s appearance. Bring shovels, brooms, and dustpans as we scoop out gravel, dirt and debris from the curb areas.

Rewards! Pizza for Lunch with the crew!
