About Greenbriar

Greenbriar is a community in northern Indianapolis featuring about 450 homes, most of which were built in the 1960s by Architect Stanly Herman. Many current owners returned here to buy homes where they grew up.

Greenbriar Neighborhood continues to have a a culturally diverse community, low housing turnover, low crime rate, a diverse and vibrant business community within walking distance, and an active neighborhood association.
