Greenbriar Association Inc., was incorporated in 1974 as a neighborhood association for \u201cthe stimulation and promotion of interest in an improvement of the health and safety of Greenbriar and its residents; the fostering of the development of community; the promotion and safeguarding of its physical attractiveness; the preservation and maintenance of high sanitary conditions therein; and the stimulation of interest in community and social activities.\u201d<\/p>\n
Membership in Greenbriar Association is\u00a0voluntary<\/em>\u00a0but\u00a0strongly encouraged<\/em>. We have no covenants but strictly enforce all local Health and Zoning Laws.
